We guarantee our products against manufacturing defects for a period of 6 months from date of purchase. If you wish to receive a replacement, please notify us with a brief description and a picture of the damaged product by emailing sales@verticalathletics.com. 

All of our products are reusable and machine washable. We recommend tumble dry low for our gaiters and line dry for our headbands.

You just get your product a little damp, then wave it around for about 30 seconds to get the air flowing through it and then put it in direct contact with your skin and you will feel the fabric begin to cool 30 degrees lower than your body temperature!
