Shipping policy

All orders ship from Los Angeles, CA and will be shipped via USPS Ground Advantage unless otherwise requested. Shipping charges are based on the estimated weight of your order and shipping location. You are able to choose your shipping carrier and speed during the checkout process. If you need your order by a specific date and are unsure which shipping option to choose, or if you have already checked out and are concerned about the delivery timeframe, please contact us at sales@verticalathletics.com. We are happy to expedite orders to best accommodate your needs.

ORDER TURNAROUND TIMES

Orders are shipped in the order received and within 1-2 business days. We always do our best to get orders out the same day or next day from when the order is placed but it is not guaranteed to ship same day. 

REFUSED SHIPMENTS

Refused shipments are subject to a 25% restocking fee. You will be responsible for shipping costs incurred by Vertical Athletics. The shipping labels are printed as you have entered at checkout so please check to make sure it is a valid address.
