You will receive a digital mockup of your design within 72 hours (M-F) for approval. One you approve the design and pay the invoice through the link provided, your order will go into production. If you need additional revisions, we will provide them within 2 days for your approval. Production time is typically 12-14 business days from order (art approved and invoice paid.) All custom orders are final sale. (We can’t resell your custom order therefore, we can not exchange or refund it.)
